Reading OPML files

I'm playing with generating OPML files and then importing them into OO,
however I'm doing something wrong since OO refuses to open the files.
The problem is that they looks OK to me so I can't figure out what I'm
doing wrong.

Is there some way of getting a more detailed description why OO can't
open the file?
