Outliner 2.2 beta 1 is out

I find that OO grows sluggish as the row count increases as well. 
Back in November, Brian C mentioned that they'd made some changes 
which - because of the Cocoa classes they used - could result in 
slower performance, and said that this would be addressed in future. 
Perhaps this hasn't been done yet?
