A special URL column is a terrible idea. A better idea is to have a 
command-click (or double-click) on a URL anywhere in the outline open a 
URL (including mail addresses) just like mail applications or browsers.

Please. OMNI group, please don't teach OmniOutliner how to parse HTML. 
Make it do really great outlines. It doesn't have to parse HTML...

Just my 2 cents.
