OminOutliner does not recognize license

All of a sudden Omnioutliner does not recognize me as having a valid
license. I do. I know my license number and username. I still have my email
from Omni.

I have tried deleting my license information and reninstalling it but no
luck.

Anyone have any ideas?   I have written to Omni but no reply on the weekend.
