Jonathan-
We have an open feature request for some sort of "Outline Browser" that 
would allow you to view several outliner files in the same interface, 
but I don't think we've reached any sort of decision on if or how we 
would implement that. I'll attach your email to the item in the 
database, however, so when we look at that feature, your feedback gets 
incorporated. Thanks!
