Bug in 2.1.1

I just want to point out a bug in the current version of Outliner to 
the list, as it can result in a certain loss of data.  I already 
confirmed this with Omni support.

To see the bug in action, do the following:

1. Make a new document and fill in some stuff
2. Export the document (I've only done it with HTML, but I guess others 
will work)
3. Close the document
4. When you get the close confirmation (since the doc is unsaved), 
click Save
5. (notice that the format popup menu is present in the save dialog)
6. Name the file and click save

What you get in this circumstance is another exported copy of the 
document on disk.  The window will close and you'll lose the outline.

If you do a normal File->Save, this bug doesn't appear.  It's only if 
you elect to save a dirty document before closing.
