styles which aren't Level-specific

A feature request:

I often use OmniOutliner to build documents which make use of columns, 
and I'd like to be able to create Column-specific styles.  It seems 
that currently OmniOutliner (I'm still using version 1.2) only supports 
style information specific to a level, or to specific cells.  I need 
the ability to define specific styles which I can then apply to a 
Level, a Column, a Cell, or some combination.
