Importing Files

Harold-
If you have some sample files you can send us, that would be really
helpful. In general, though, what we run into on stuff like this is
that the file format is completely undocumented, so we have to spend a
lot of time and effort reverse-engineering the file formats. If
INControl supports export to plain text, even if it requires the Claris
translators, that's going to be your best bet in the short term.

If you have any other questions or suggestions, please don't hesitate
to contact me. When replying, please include the quoted text of this
message. We really appreciate your help!

Sincerely,

Brian C.
