Can't Uninstall

Hi - I can't seem to uninstall OmniOutliner. When I attempt to drag it to 
the trash, I get the error message:

The item "OmniOutliner" cannot be moved to the Trash because it cannot be 
deleted.

I've checked the file permissions and they are set to read & write for all. 
I'm running Mac OS X v 10.1.5. OmniOutliner is version 2.1 (v38).

I tried searching against this lists archive for uninstall and delete, but 
nothing turned up.

Any help would be appreciated.
