Checkboxes and disclosure triangles (printing)

This is also dependent on what version of the app you're using; we 
switched from bitmaps to PDF s for the checkboxes and triangles in 
version 2.1 for exactly this reason; they print much better. So, if 
you're using 2.0 or some previous version, you should update.
