Writing a script that does the export (if the one above doesn't work) is
pretty easy. I haven't made an TeX/LaTeX one yet (I used BrainForest
before and haven't written any TeX/LaTex documents since the
"conversion") but I got one for HTML (my version for publishing lecture
notes) that could easily be adapted for TeX/LaTeX.
