For new documents, you can set it in OmniOutliner->Preferences, under the
General pane. For documents you've already created, I guess the only way to
do it is View->Show Info, select a level, pull up the font palette from the

The application doesn't provide for it. You'd have to replace the checkbox
icon at the system level. If that's your cup o' tea, you might be pointed in
the right direction at resexcellence.com.

To TeX maybe. There's a script[1]. I don't know if it still works or has
been kept updated with current incarnations of OO.

Yes, the latest beta of OO exports to OPML, a publicly documented variety of
XML. A DTD for OPML is at opml.org.
