Pop up list

At this point, OmniOutliner does require you to make use of the mouse 
in some places where it would be nice to access things from the 
keyboard. We have a feature request open to allow tabbing in and then 
selecting with the arrow keys - an acceptable alternative, or would you 
like me to open up a new feat. request for the typing input?
