How do I get the column "headings" to print?

Printing the column headings is actually way more complicated than you'd
ever expect it to be, and Steve hasn't had a chance to tackle it just
yet. We'll be working to add it to a future version of OmniOutliner.

And if you delete the "Mail" applescript from your Mac OS 9 desktop
folder, the finder will stop launching the wrong application when you
use the "Send Feedback" item. Since it's also named "Mail", and since
the finder quixotically gives preference to Classic applications with
the same name, the finder is launching it, which sends you off to the
default Mac OS 9 email app - Outlook Express.

If you have any other questions or suggestions, please don't hesitate to
contact me. When replying, please include the quoted text of this
message. We really appreciate your help!
