Better export to Word

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get OmniOutliner to do a
better export of its files to Word? I often take meeting notes with OO and
send those notes around to the meeting attendees. Trouble is, not everyone
has OO, so I end up exporting to Word in RTF format, but what comes in is
usually an awful mess, and I spend just about as much time reformatting the
outline as I did writing the thing to begin with. Clearly, the answer is to
get everyone using OO, but this is not always an option. Any recommendations
on what I can do about this? I've not yet installed the OO 2.0 beta. Are
there any improvements in the new version?
