In the Level Styles pane of the Info panel you can set the labeling to
"None" at the top level(s), and to whatever labeling system you prefer
for levels farther down.

You can't currently turn off calculated columns in specific places.
However, you can turn off status boxes for particular rows. Choose the
menu item Outline > Set Status > None to remove the status box entirely.
