Clarification on Home headline

Students are often told to put a thesis at the top of their outline,
but not _in_ the outline.

It might be useful if numbering/labeling could start at a certain
depth. That would also require multiple 'top' levels as far as
numbering goes.

It would also be nice if calculated columns and status boxes could
be turned off for certain rows or levels.
