Clarification on Home headline

First of all, it is obvious I need to get a better handle on sending
comments to the mailing list. What I sent got posted 3 times in 3 formats! I
hope readers can decipher what I wrote.

Chick asked about the my recommendation that OO enables the uppermost
headline as HOME. I'll explain. In every outline I've ever created, there is
a central theme... an anchor. I give that theme a name, as a title appears
on a book. Most often I do not 'label' that headline, and begin labeling at
the level of the next sibling. I find it gives 'order' to things. I do,
however, recommend that this be a selectable option, as it may conflict with
how some people work.
