Can't bind a QuicKey to Insert Newline

This is a two-birds-with-one-stone message.

1. Keyboard shortcut for Insert Newline

The first time that I wanted to break the text for a single outline entry
into two lines (Insert Newline), my fingers automatically typed
Shift+Return (which works in all of my other apps).

In OmniOutliner, Shift+Return inserts a new outline entry *before* the
current entry. I searched thru OO's menus and submenus, and I can't find
this function.

OO's shortcut for Insert Newline is Command+Return. Why not use the de
facto standard for this function?

2. QuicKeys X key binding doesn't work

I figured I could get OO to work the way I expected by using QuicKeys X
to make Shift+Return equivalent to Command+Return. (QuicKeys X does not
yet invoke menu actions.)

Unfortunately, my QuicKey definition for Shift+Return results in no OO
action (other than to override OO's default Shift+Return behavior). I
have another QuicKey sequence that does a Command+A and a Command+C, and
that works. So QuicKeys works for some keys.

I suspect that OO is handling the Command+Return key in a way that causes
it to not "see" a Command+Return coming from QuicKeys X.

If the Omni developers think that this is a QuicKeys X bug, I'll be happy
to report the problem to CE Software.
