Another keyboard navigation question

Well, after my last gaffe of missing the clover-U and clover-D shortcuts 
for moving up and down the outline I looked harder for this one - but 
still couldn't find, or missed it. Is there a way to collapse the parent 
headline of the headline that has the insertion point without navigating 
to that parent? Alternatively, is there a way to move to the parent from 
the keyboard?
