Small Problem

Hi Gregg,

I¹m having a small problem with OO. When I select an item and want to drag
it to a location that doesn¹t appear in the current window (in other words,
higher or lower than the current selection), when I get to the top (or
bottom) frame of the window, I get erratic responses. Sometimes the screen
just stalls, sometimes it will scroll a little, then stop. It¹s very hard to
get a smooth scroll while dragging an item higher up or lower down. Hope
this makes sense.
