Sorting custom Color Palettes

OmniGraffle uses the standard Mac OS X color palette and tools. What this means is although those custom colors show up in OmniGraffle, they also show up and appear in other applications that use the standard Mac OS color tools. I'm not aware of any utilities that allow you to sort the Mac OS color palette, so you would have to manually sort them.
