Hello John,

I took a look at your script. Quite an impressive bit of code. Two
questions:

1- Am I supposed to copy and paste that code somewhere in
OmniGraffle? If so, where? Please be specific, because I do not know
too much about Applescript (actually, almost nothing).
2- Your code permits the user to size certain objects to a given
area. That's good, but the more critical features is to determine a
given object's area, since the object may have been created by
following a previously defined route. In my case, I outline a
property survey, which was previously imported into OmniGraffle, to
determine the property's size. The outline is NOT necessarily
straight, but is usually a bezier curve/polygon, and is often oddly
shaped. Do you know if that feature will be included in a future
upgrade? By the way, I know that must be a difficult thing to code
for, but several other applications do that, so it can be done. (Hmm,
I wonder if their calculations are accurate?)

I am an engineer, so I have some thoughts on algorithms which would
make this calculation. But since I know NOTHING about writing
computer code (other than macros for Excel and Panorama), I haven't a
clue on implementing these algorithms in OmniGraffle Applescript.

	Best regards,
