Well it's the OG 5 page.
i cleared the cache, reloaded the page, then tried clicking on the  
link there and got:

I manually modified the link to :
http://downloads.extremesims.com/omnigroup/software/MacOSX/10.5/OmniGrafflePro-5.0.1.dmg

and this works.
