OmniGraffle 4.2.3 is now available (including Pro)

Gaah, I put in the wrong URL for the Professional download. It should  
be:

http://www.omnigroup.com/ftp/pub/software/MacOSX/10.4/OmniGrafflePro-4.2.3.dmg
