Hi Vic,
I apologize for not reading precisely what you wanted, I assumed you
wanted a "pie shape"...
Your best bet might indeed be the arc script mentioned by John Oram
which (OG Pro 4.2.3rc1)
appears to do what you want. Here's the direct link to the arc page:

I installed it, Upon running the script, I was prompted for the size
of the arc angle,
then the radius of the arc, and got a nice arc.
