Good point about the one-way nature of Leopard's iChat.

As for the screenshot, it looks like various components of Apple Remote 
Desktop.  It's a bit hard to tell because of the nesting. It looks like 
iChat in iChat Theater is running inside a "Screen Sharing" window/app, 
which is then being displayed inside a Remote Desktop observation window 
in control mode.
