exporting to TIFF in 4.1.1

Hello,

In OG 4.0, it is possible to export to TIFF at a user-specified resolution
(say, 1200 dpi).  This appears to be impossible in 4.1.1 (v127), in which
we appear to be restricted to 72 dpi (the resolution box exists in the
"export" dialog, but is grayed out, and fixed at 72 dpi).

Is it possible to change the resolution somehow, for TIFF export in 4.1.1?

(I hope this isn't a FAQ... I did search the archive, but came up empty.)
