Several folks here do read the lists, and we'll respond to them as  
we're able to do so. If you want a *guaranteed* response, though, you  
will want to use the "Send Feedback..." item under the help menu.

We usually respond to messages to that address within one business  
day, though in some cases it may take a bit longer. (Example: after a  
major release of one of our apps, when the inbound traffic is higher  
than usual.)
