Is it possible to resize an image through a LinkBack link ?

Is there a way to have images always "Natural Size" by default? I  
input quite a bit of LaTeX using LaTeX IT in my OG documents, and  
each time I edit the TeX I need to remember to set the image to  
"Natural Size".
