What you call decisiontrees (in the colorfull way depicted in your
example can be obtained by the use of the standard flowchart
diagrams, added with some extra graphics.
If you want to add actions to the branches you actually are referring
more to UML-programs like MagicDraw made by No Magic Inc.
If you only need the branches without the actions Graffle will
suffice, else I would suggest NovaMind.
