Visio file sharing

Ian I continue to struggle with this issue on a daily basis. I love the shading provided by OG, but Visio just can't handle it and turns it into a sold gray which looks bad. Any translucent colors applied in Visio are gone when they are imported into OG, and likewise the reverse is also true. Basically it's a hard way of life for those of us who need to exchange graphics with the Visio crowd. I have not found a truly acceptable way to get consistent results between the two.

Unfortunately, OmniGraffle is not available for the PC; my jealous co- 
worker is forced to use Visio, and we need to share files.

This is proving unpredictable, however; my files look good in Visio,  
but when we bring them back to OG, the lines are randomly out of place.

Is there a way to rectify / prevent this?
