Hot Links in PDF?

We own and use OG4 Pro.  Do I recall correctly that in version 4 the  
program can create "hot links" from one canvas to another that can be  
passed into a PDF of the file and still work as live links within the  
PDF?  (Or did I just dream that?)

If so, how does one implement this? Our tests with the PDF creation  
in Tiger haven't worked that way, but we haven't tried using Acrobat.

Our presentations using OG are typically output as PDFs because we  
can present using Preview and distribute the same file without regard  
to whether the user is PC- or Mac-centric. Simple, straightforward,  
and doesn't require resorting to MS PowerPoint.
