Setting the default font

I'm trying to figure out how to set the default font on Omingraffle 4.  I
searched the mailing list archive, and could only find instructions for OG
3, which don't seem to apply to OG4.

Somehow I got stuck on Helvetica 96 point.  I managed to get it changed back
to Helvetica 12 point by deleting the preference file ... but I still can't
figure out how to change it to something else.
