Import of multiple-page PDF

Hi,

OmniGraffle 4 can import PDF files. This works fine for all files that
contain only one page. For files with more than one page, only the first
page will be imported.

Is there any workaround to tell OmniGraffle to import the PDF document
page by page? For example, I would like to have 10 individual pages on
my canvas after importing a 10-page PDF document.

I know that I can do this if I split the PDF document into one file for
each page. The problem is that I am not aware of a tool that can do this
easily. Automator can be used to render PDF pages as individual images,
but then I have pixel graphics.

Any suggestions?

    I also would like to file this as a feature request: Import all
    pages or arbitrary ranges of pages from PDF documents, not only the
    first page and place them either side-by-side or on a pile.
