Shapes (subtract, union, intersect)

Ever since the discussion last week on this, I find myself using these very cool tools. I have discovered one oddity in these though. It seems the program is VERY picky about the placement of certain things. I kept having to slightly move and resize certain objects when I was trying to subtract an object. If I didn't, it simply got swallowed up by the larger object.

Overall these are very cool and handy things to have, but they are not without some issues.
