Visio and OminiGraffle

I work in a company that uses Window systems exclusively. Having come here from Apple, I decided that I wasn't ready to get rid of my Mac at work anytime soon, so I brought in my personal iBook. For the past year this has worked well. I have worked on things in OG3 and always saved them out as both PDF and Visio XML just in case somebody later needed to modify any of the diagrams I created. All these diagrams end up being imported into FrameMaker and used as part of my companies documentation. 

Problem

Up until last week, we didn't own a current version of Visio, so I never knew what my graphics looked like in Visio. However, last week that all changed and I found out just how Gorgeous my graphics looked in OG and how terrible they looked in Visio. The problem that has cropped up is nobody can reuse my graphics and get them to look anything like what they look like in OG. 

I'm curious first if anybody is using both OG and Visio, and second how you deal with this issue. For simply things turning off shading and the like seem to work OK, but tables end up looked very out of place in Visio. :-(

Anyhow, I'm open to changing the way I do things so long as I can get both to work better together. Anybody have any ideas?
