Another bug in OG 4 Pro RC1

I had some problems originally when I was exchanging some technical drawings with Visio users that I had done in OG3. I figured these would go away with OG4 since it seemed more effort had been put into this area. So far my experience going from OG to Visio has been very acceptable. However, today I took a large number of electrical timing diagrams which were created in Visio and opened them up in OG4. A big mess is the only way I can describe what I saw. Text upside down, text no where close to the signal they should have been associated with. I have screen shots and XML files for those at Omnigroup who want to take a look. What is the proper method of sending in bug reports? I also want to officially log my bug using the symbol font and export (I worked around it by creating a PS file of the OG4 file, then distilling that file instead of using the export function).
