The zoom certainly should persist, and it does for me in a document I  
just tested in rc2.  I'm not sure why it doesn't persist for you, but  
if you're able to reproduce this please send us a bug report (using  
"Send Feedback..." from the Help menu).

I'm afraid there isn't any way to do that at present.  If you'd like  
150% to be part of the default zoom list, or if you'd like the  
ability to customize your zoom list please send us some feedback  
about that as well!
