Website Structure Visualization

I don't think OmniGraffle itself will, but there I believe there is a 
program on Versiontracker that can convert the html structure and links 
into a graph, which I think might be importable to Omnigraffle.

Search on "graph" and maybe even "generation" or "generate"

It's an open source product specifically for making connection graphs.
