I tried it this morning and it worked for me, but:
I put the file in the library in my Home-folder:
/Users/judithdo/Library/Application Support/OmniGraffle/Shapes
and not in the other Library at
/Library/Application Support/Omni Group
It might be that OmniGraffle Pro has another folder than OmniGraffle.
Then you would have to replace OmniGraffle by the right name.
