resizing / moving text on a shape?

I make a black rectangle, i double click it and type in some text.

1) the text defaults to black, how do i change the text to be the color 
white?

2) I want the text to be a little bit off center to the lower right at 
a slight angle, how do I move the text around to get that customized 
alignment inside my shape?

3) If I have two shapes and I want them to stick together ( like 
grouping two shapes together in Visio), how do I do that in OGpro?
