Importing Omnioutline 2.2.6 into Omnigraffle 2.1

I saw this problem in the archives as well--I can't import omnioutline
and retain the name for each topic.  Instead, the subheadings are
converted to the text "topic."

Do I need to upgrade Omnigraffle or downgrade Omnioutline to fix this?

I am using Omnioutline 2.2.6 and Graffle 2.1
