Want to Create This Chart in OG

I am interested in hiring a good OG user to help me recreate this lost
chart.

I¹m sure that OG would be good for this, and would like to engage someone to
do the underlying graphics, curves, timelines, etc.

I¹ll be responsible for updating and changing the text.

If anyone is interested, please let me know an approximate cost.
