OG+latex+equation

To add a figure with some equations in a latex document 
(TeX+ghostscript typesetting, not pdflatex), I use Equation Service 
program, copy & paste to an OG document, and export to an eps file. It 
has worked very well with OS X 10.2. All lines, shapes, and equations 
were clear.

But, it does not work properly with OS X 10.3! All lines and shapes are 
clear, but the equations are not clear on a screen as if they were not 
anti-aliased. Moreover, some equations in a figure are printed out with 
a different font sometimes.

Is there any way to solve this in OS X 10.3?

I use Gerben Wierda's i-installer packages and TeXShop or iTeXMac.
