Managing stencils

I also don't see the stencils (other than my own) in the application support
folder.  I do see them in the Resources->English.lproj folder of the actual
OmniGraffle application bundle, though.  However, I think those would be
over written when the application is updated.

Is there a way to just have one "Universal" set of stencils?
