OmniGraffle to Word X best way?

I've exported the OG file to PDF, and then imported the PDF into Word, 
using Insert –> Picture –> From File… . You can either embed the file 
in the document, or link to it  as you can in QuarkXpress or InDesign.

Prints OK, looks, OK.
