2nd Time (was: OG line ending question)

My mail account got locked out due to too many MS worm attachments.  
How is this my fault and not MS' problem?  Anyway, I'm resending my 
question.

Actually, I have two questions on OmniGraffle.

First, there are many kinds of line endings such as arrowheads.  There 
are also dots or connectors.  However, the connector seems to be on the 
wrong location.  Lets say I have a T junction of lines and I want a 
connector showing.  I draw a long horizontal line and a short vertical 
line that ends where at the horizontal line.  In monospace fonts

What I get                            What I want

Now if I put a connector on the top of the vertical line it is not 
centered at the end of the vertical line but is the end of line.  It 
doesn't look right.  How do I fix this?


Second, when I export to PDF and then print, I find the shadow around 
the boxes prints MUCH heavier than it appears on the screen.  Is there 
any adjustment for that?

Heck, lets go for a 3rd question.  Is there a FAQ where this and 
similar questions are covered?
