AppleScript/stencil ideas for OG?

I would LOVE to see a web application development stencil(s). I see it in
three distinct parts. See below for details.

Web Development Stencil
=======================

1. HTML ELEMENTS: This would include all the standard HTML elements similar
to a Dreamweaver palette. Anyone could use this to design anything from a
simple static web page to the front end of an ecommerce site.

2. APPLICATION ELEMENTS: This would be more of an extension of the HTML
elements and would include items such as:

Document types:
 html
 xml
 txt
 asp/jsp/cfm/taf/php
 etc 

Transfer protocols:
 http
 https
 ftp
 afp
 etc

Scripting Apps:
 AppleScript
 Shell Scripts

3. DATABASE ELEMENTS:
Database
Table
Record
Insert
Update
Delete
Query 
SQL Data Types:
 Text
 Integer
 Boolean
 etc
Primary key
Foreign key
Begin Transaction
End Transaction
Etc
