"create sibling and layout" keyboard shortcut (Pro version)

That shortcut works for me. Option-command-apostrophe does create a
sibling object and redoes the layout. I notice the ".jp" in Rick
Lavin's address. Is it possible that there's a keyboard layout
discrepancy behind this?
In looking at this, though, I discovered a bug. Draw a rectangle. Do
"create connected shape below" and then "create sibling and layout"
(These are in the menu Arrange->Mouseless Editing). Now you've got a
parent rectangle and two symmetrically placed children. Do "Undo."
The new sibling disappears, though the layout doesn't quit return to
the previous state. Do "Redo." The sibling reappears, but without any
connector!
